Order Confirmation

Changing Shipping Address or Canceling an Order

Unsuccessful Delivery
NPTCL is not responsible for orders entered with incorrect address information. If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

NPTCL is not liable for damage, loss, delay, or other shipping issues that arise after we have properly packaged and handed the goods to the shipping carrier, provided we have followed industry standards. The shipping carrier is solely responsible for any loss or damage during transit according to their terms of service.
